The Sales Productivity Program Leader supports Barnhart’s sales organization by owning and improving key programs, tools, and resources that enable consistent execution of our sales process. This role ensures sales teams have the templates, insights, systems, and operational support they need to pursue opportunities efficiently and serve customers well. You’ll oversee several core sales productivity initiatives – such as customer feedback reporting, bid review coordination, sales resources, market profiles, and trade show support – while working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Market Development to continuously improve how we support sales across the organization.
