About The Position

A Product Specialist is an entry level position for our dealerships to gain the skills and knowledge to have a successful sales career. Product Specialists will be well informed about our vehicles, culture, and process to ensure and deliver an excellent customer experience, while working in a cohesive environment.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.

Responsibilities

Understanding the Big “WHY” and how it elevates our operation.
Greet all customers in a timely manner that arrive on the dealership lot no matter what department they are here for.
Work service lane during morning shift to assist with checking customers in and building customer relationships.
Perform hand off to the sales rep and assist with the sales process.
Complete all training. NNA, Promax, Auto Academy, applied concepts and the 7 steps to the sale, KPA, and Ninjio.
Ensure that inventory is always in peak presentation and that inventory is rotated weekly.
Product knowledge is continuously updated.
Self-improvement is continuous. Everyone is an investment.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
