Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of sales success and strong communication abilities
- Passion for helping people and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Obtain the required P&C and Life & Health licenses (we'll support you through the process)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to grow your own book of business
