About The Position

The Project Manager - OEM is responsible for working across functional lines of business to ensure successful execution and management of key projects in the OEM business unit. Included in the scope of these activities are: new account set up, new program start up, promotion support, program changes, marketing, regulatory updates, and coordinating to improve both internal and external communications.

  • Ability to present to and interact with management, customers, and other stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, with business and category knowledge
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Office/Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a sales support role, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines
  • 10% travel requirement to attend industry trade events/meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with industry software, i.e., SAP, Business Objects, and Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, to include objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables and communications to internal stakeholders.
  • Interact with customers and OEM Account Managers to understand their respective segments
  • Assist OEM Account Managers with onboarding new accounts
  • Act as liaison between OEM and internal Zep departments to ensure project is meeting schedule plans and timelines; includes assignment of tasks and responsibilities to team members and allocation of resources
  • Partner with Marketing to coordinate any marketing tools needed by customers and/or OEM Account Managers
  • Partner with Product Management to resolve any changes to product lines (new product, changing regulatory status, product deletions) and will communicate status updates to both customers and OEM Account Managers.
  • Manage Project Information Management (PIM) system for OEM products distributed and/or sold through the OEM channel
  • Prepare and present status reports
