We’re actively seeking a talented Sales Process Lead, to join our Sales Process Optimization Fusion Team. This role is hybrid working from Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. As a Sales Process Lead, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by joining a cross functional team to drive sales process optimization. You will fill a role that sits on a team of 6 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include fellow marketing, technology, sales and product professionals. How you’ll help move us forward: Act as business lead on multiple key initiatives of the team Drive daily interaction and execution Be the first point of contact with business partners and stakeholders Day-to-day vision communication and make tactical go/no-go decisions Gather feedback from stakeholders while continuing to monitor progress to provide the best possible user experience The experience you bring: 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution 4yr College Degree preferred or equivalent experience Self-driven with ability to work independently Ability to drive accountability and lead projects Customer oriented Strong working knowledge of: Annuity and/or Life Products Salesforce Seismic You can be who you are. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Requirements

  • 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
