Position Summary Groupon is seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Process Analyst Intern to play a critical role in a major strategic initiative: building a world-class Sales Operating System. You will act as an operational journalist, embedding yourself with our Chicago-based sales teams to observe, document, and analyze their daily workflows. Your detailed findings will directly inform the identification of process bottlenecks, manual tasks, and key automation opportunities that will shape the future of our entire sales organization.
