About The Position

Bumble Bee Home Services is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Plumber / Plumbing Sales Technician who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys helping homeowners solve plumbing problems. This is a sales-focused plumbing position — your job is to diagnose issues, present solutions, and close the sale while our install team handles the work. If you’re strong in in-home sales, customer communication, and closing , this is an opportunity to earn big with a company that supports its team.

Requirements

• 5+ years plumbing sales or field sales experience
• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong in-home sales and closing ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using tablets and software (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues in customers’ homes
• Present repair and replacement options using our pricing system
• Close plumbing sales with confidence and professionalism
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience
• Follow up on open estimates to maximize conversions
• Work closely with dispatch and install teams
• Use tools like Service Titan to manage estimates and jobs
