Drive Business Outcomes Own the multi-channel category business plan, advocating for its success across the organization. Lead Category & Customer Planning Integrate customer strategies into a cohesive category roadmap, supporting the development and release of Next FY and multi-year business plans. Partner cross-functionally to ensure plans are forward-looking, data-driven, and responsive to evolving consumer and retail dynamics. Build Organizational Capability Deploy tools, processes, and best practices that enable scalable growth and operational rigor.
