Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the assigned Category and/or Brand. Works with Sales Planning Director, Sales Planning Team Leader and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan. This posting is open to pipeline talent within our Sales Planning Team Manager roles. In this role, you will: Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 30% Drive the Business: Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. 20% Customer and Category Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan. 30% Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience
  • Strong Category knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling
  • Category Business Planning and Insights (Diamond Planning process)
  • Understanding of key Clorox process

Nice To Haves

  • Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial
