As a Senior Sales Planning Manager, you will manage projects on sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while leveraging data analysis and market insights to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies. Process Improvement and Issue Resolution: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.
