About The Position

The Sales Pipeline Manager role, positioned within the Higher Ed Individual business division, focuses on analyzing sales pipeline data to identify trends, implement improvements, and measure their impact. The role involves partnering with TMO to enhance tools and dashboards for data analysis and productivity tracking. Insights gathered will inform strategic planning and funnel optimization. Reporting to the SVP of Student Engagement, the pipeline manager will contribute to executive-level strategy and is expected to demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, investigative skills, and strong collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales operations, pipeline management, or sales analytics
  • 3+ years of Industry experience in Higher Education
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with departments like Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qualtrics
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven analytics
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking
  • Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present findings to senior leadership and influence decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Analysis & Reporting: Monitor pipeline performance to identify trends
  • Present regular reports to senior management to support strategic decisions
  • Assist with forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reports
  • Sales Process & Efficiency: Use data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Support development and optimization of sales processes.
  • Implement best practices to improve operations and productivity.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs, effective lead nurturing, and consistent messaging.
  • Sales Tools & Technology Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Enhance productivity through automation and AI-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data Analytics, and others to align operations.
  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement initiatives that align with industry best practices
