About The Position

If you have experience with directional drills, parts, and construction equipment, we want to talk to you! Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is searching for a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep (CSR) to cover Maryland and Delaware. Bring your go-getter attitude to sell Vermeer products and solutions, assist customer needs, deliver correct solutions, and resolve any issues. This sales role requires lead generation & follow-up, customer network development, coordination of product demonstrations, and accurate customer documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field
• Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment)
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier
• Positive attitude, sales driven mindset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize parts and equipment knowledge to educate customers and provide the appropriate solution.
• Identify and qualify leads/potential customers in person, on the telephone and by emails.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts.
• Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
• All other duties as assigned.
