About The Position

If you are a great leader with parts and service experience, we want to talk to you! Vermeer All Roads in Laurel, DE is searching for a Branch Manager to lead the team from the ground up. In this role, you’ll oversee Sales, Parts, and Service operations while driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth. The Branch Manager will focus managing, and developing a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales and profit goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Previous parts and service experience (heavy equipment/heavy-duty preferred)
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; CDK experience helpful
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability across Parts and Service departments
• Hire, train, and develop service and parts staff
• Create and maintain a positive culture for employees and customers
• Develop technician training and apprenticeship programs
• Provide internal support for outside sales representatives
• Partner with Service Writers and Technicians to achieve department goals
• Analyze financial statements and take corrective actions when needed
• Develop and implement plans to exceed sales and profit growth goals
• Motivate and communicate effectively with staff to achieve success
