They are also knowledgeable about advertised sales, pricing, and signing, and assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves. The position requires keeping the work area clean, neat, and well-stocked, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. A key aspect is providing a legendary experience by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
