Job Description This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associates degree from a community college or trade school. Those currently pursuing their bachelors degree or higher will not be considered for this role. Early Career Apprentice Program Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 12–24-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Scope of Work: The apprentice will perform clearly defined, non-managerial tasks under direct supervision. This role will support the day-to-day execution of the agency program test and learns. Specifically, this role will impact program and project management, operational support, evaluation of success measures, communicating and recommending to key stakeholders based on learnings to maximize the output from the test.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of Associates degree/program in the following fields: Business, Finance, Insurance, Project Management or related degree/program (Required)
  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Optimization Leader to pull and analyze sales and performance data!
  • Support development of dashboards, reporting, and insights
  • Assist with identifying and documenting process efficiencies.
  • Support administration, tracking, and analysis of AFGP sales incentives.
  • Contribute to ongoing sales workstreams and special projects.
  • Document sales processes and best practices.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and operational support to Sales leadership.
  • Sales data extraction, validation, and reporting support
  • Assistance with documenting and improving sales processes.
  • Support our AI-enabled sales optimization and process efficiency.
  • Use approved AI tools to identify trends, outliers, and performance drivers.
  • Support analysis of sales behaviors and incentive effectiveness (e.g., AFGP)
  • Translate AI-generated insights into usable summaries for sales leaders.
