In this vital role, you will enable our US Sales organization to operate efficiently and forecast accurately while supporting key processes that drive sustainable growth. Collaborating closely with sales leadership and various stakeholders, you will transform data into actionable insights. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on operational support, making it perfect for individuals who thrive at the intersection of people, processes, and systems in a dynamic SaaS setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS processes and metrics
  • Ability to understand operational needs of customers and employees
  • Experience with forecasting models and target setting
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with contract management and quoting tools (e.g., CPQ)
  • Good knowledge of simple data analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Support GTM sales strategies, including territory management and headcount growth
  • Oversee the forecast submission process ensuring accurate projections
  • Assist in quote creation and deal structuring for timely customer quotes
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and maintain data accuracy for all metrics
  • Manage deal closing activities, including sales order reconciliation and data input
