Job Description We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our Revenue Operations team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operational engine behind a high-performing global sales organization. At Sprinklr, Sales Operations drives the processes, systems, and insights that enable revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Systems teams to support data integrity, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, analytics, SaaS, and revenue strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business analytics
  • Comfortable working with data and large datasets
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interest in AI
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline tracking and sales forecasting processes
  • Assist in maintaining CRM data accuracy (Salesforce or similar system)
  • Build and update dashboards and recurring performance reports
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights
  • Support territory planning and account assignment projects
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings and performance metrics
  • Help document and improve sales processes and workflows
  • Contribute to special revenue operations projects as needed
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis to support Sales leadership
