About The Position

Dev Ops Engineer Intern Join AAA’s Roadways College Internship Program! AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the DevOps Team for a 10-week internship. Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in the program, contributing to meaningful projects and working closely with the Department Team each week. About the Roadways College Internship Program: Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including: Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change Cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust

Requirements

  • Passion for Technology: A genuine enthusiasm for technology, automation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with programming languages (i.e., C#, Java, etc), scripting languages (i.e., PowerShell, YAML, Python, etc), datacenter automation, provisioning, and imaging. General knowledge of how things connect together in the datacenter (servers, networks, databases, etc)
  • AI Chatbots & Agents: Experience or familiarity with GenAI Agent technologies, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge or experience with CI/CD Pipeline automation and SDLC tools
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), containerization, etc.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
  • Communication Skills: Effective in conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, contribute to group projects, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.
  • Must be a rising or graduating Senior enrolled in a college/university with an emphasis in a major or similar
  • A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally
  • Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 8th through August 14th, 2026
  • Must commit to working full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Must be willing to commute to the office daily
