About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the delivery of commercial performance by working closely with Account Managers, Lean and Commercial Leaders to maintain high-quality sales data, track performance, and support effective use of CRM (Salesforce). This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong pipeline management, and clear visibility of sales performance, enabling the business to make informed decisions and deliver against revenue targets. “The connective tissue between strategy and execution—ensuring our commercial teams have the insight, the tools, and the discipline to deliver against targets.”

Responsibilities

  • Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Track pacing against targets and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Support weekly/monthly business reviews with relevant insights
  • Monitor key KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, revenue & Win Loss Activities
  • Reducing communication gaps between Sales, Sourcing & Engineering Teams by improving business process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce
  • Support forecasting cycles through data preparation and validation
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and follow up with sales teams
  • Prepare inputs for pipeline and forecast review sessions
  • Support day-to-day use of Salesforce across the commercial team
  • Maintain data quality and consistency
  • Manage standard reports and dashboards
  • Act as a go-to contact for basic CRM queries, updates and support
  • Support deal tracking and ensure key information is captured
  • Provide basic analysis to support commercial decision-making
  • Assist with pricing and performance tracking where required
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes
  • Support adoption of best practices in sales operations
  • Contribute to wider Commercial Performance & Transformation initiatives
