Sales Operations Support
About The Position
Bitcoin.com is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Support professional to assist with media partnerships, paid media, and publishing workflows during late-afternoon EST hours , with occasional ad-hoc weekend support as needed. This position is part of the Media Sales team and focuses on technical publishing, workflow coordination, and administrative support. It does not involve content creation or creative marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales & Business Development and work closely with the Media Partnerships Operations Lead to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal and external standards.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital publishing, media operations, sales support, or similar operational roles
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, including link attributes
- Experience working in a digital publishing environment
- Ability to manipulate and optimise images for web use
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in digital media or online publishing
- Familiarity with Bitcoin.com, its mission, and operations
- Exposure to partnership or media sales workflows
- Experience in the crypto or Web3 industry
Responsibilities
- Format, upload, and publish sponsored articles and press releases using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Apply appropriate SEO settings, including meta descriptions, tagging, categories, and dofollow/nofollow link configuration
- Implement basic HTML formatting to ensure clean and structured content presentation
- Conduct thorough pre-publication quality checks
- Schedule content according to agreed timelines and time zones
- Review and correct client-provided images for size, format, clarity, and layout suitability
- Perform basic image manipulation and optimisation for web publishing
- Ensure images meet platform specifications and maintain visual consistency
- Apply on-page SEO best practices
- Manage internal and external linking structures appropriately
- Ensure correct header hierarchy and anchor text usage
- Optimise images for web performance
- Support internal coordination
- Assist with documentation, trackers, and administrative organisation
- Provide structured updates and status reports as required
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance research accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Assist with background research on clients and industry topics
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining internal documentation
