Sales Operations Summer Internship This summer, we’re offering a paid Sales Operations Internship for curious, analytical, and motivated college students who want real-world experience at the intersection of data, sales strategy, and business operations. Why Sales Operations? Sales Operations is where strategy meets execution. As a Sales Ops intern, you won’t be observing from the sidelines, you’ll be embedded with the team that helps sales leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make smarter decisions using data. You’ll work with real sales data, real tools, and real leaders, gaining exposure to how a global sales organization operates behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a college degree (business, analytics, finance, economics, data, or related majors preferred)
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and how businesses operate
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market and regional sales performance to uncover trends and insights
  • Building, updating, and interpreting sales dashboards used by sales leaders
  • Researching win rates, pipeline data, and lead quality
  • Pulling and analyzing ad-hoc reports from Salesforce
  • Supporting data storytelling, helping translate numbers into insights that drive decisions
  • Assisting with projects that improve sales efficiency, reporting, and visibility
