Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Three years of Sales Operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and measure sales performance metrics.
  • Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive sales performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide senior management and sales leadership actionable insight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Software skills, including using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, managing sales appointments, and providing order updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sales reports and analytics.
  • Oversee after-sales activities, tracking execution through to client delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts by addressing administrative needs, troubleshooting sales orders, and resolving account-related issues.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Support initiatives such as sales process optimization, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
  • Process orders promptly, handle rush requests, and ensure customer satisfaction by reviewing pending orders and requests.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support sales leadership and senior management in decision-making.
  • Occasional travel as required (up to 20%).
