We partner closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer experiences and scalable revenue growth. The Sales Operations Specialist will drive operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights within a fast-paced sales organization operating in the regulated consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role functions as an independent contributor supporting B2B wholesale and distribution channels

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in sales operations, sales enablement, analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries and B2B wholesale/distribution preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP tools (HubSpot, Acumatica preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order submission, invoicing, and compliance validation across systems (e.g., NABIS, LeafLink, HubSpot, Acumatica).
  • Create and distribute sales and inventory reporting, including dashboards, replenishment reporting, and out-of-stock tracking.
  • Support customer and account needs related to availability, pricing, order status, and payment tracking.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth order handoffs and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through data analysis and AI tools.
