Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the aerospace industry? We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Grand Prairie. This isn't just an administrative role—it’s the engine room of our sales department. You will be the architect behind our customer presentations, the gatekeeper of our pricing configurations, and a key player in delivering world-class helicopters and HCare services to our clients. If you have four years of sales or marketing experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, we want to see your flight plan. This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America. Requirements

  • Must possess a BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience (four years) is required
  • Four (4) + years of experience in Sales or Marketing

  • Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.
  • Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
  • Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
  • Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.
  • Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 25lbs/11kgs.
  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 25lbs/11kgs.
  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.
  • Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.
  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.
  • Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.
  • Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site
  • Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.

  • Any experience in the aviation industry is preferred (helicopters highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support to Sales Managers: 40%
  • Development of Presentations for customer specific completions
  • Includes building photograph library of previous and current completions
  • Build configurations for customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers for Development of storyboards for customer presentation
  • Coordination of paint renderings and displays for customer visits
  • Development inventory and management of samples for customization in coordination with Programs Paint, carpet, leather, plating, etc.
  • Manage model ordering for customers
  • Coordinate compliance issues pertaining to Sales Anti-money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) processing
  • Export and Denied Party processing
  • Coordinate sponsorships for Sales Managers
  • Manage Sales Force reporting
  • Commercial Offer Management: 25%
  • Analysis of Cost Summary and Reconciliation (CSA)
  • Quotation tracking
  • Coordinate to keep Sales Configurator up to date
  • Coordinate on updates to standard configurations
  • Preparation of offers with cover letter and or presentation for Sales Managers, as required
  • Maintain Sales records for Sales team Configurations Current year pricing First-Come First Serve Pricing Offer and bookings files
  • Support to HCare Sales: 25%
  • Brochure Development and Maintenance to include:
  • Maintaining HCare files
  • Updating marketing materials
  • Interacting with customers in support of HCare Sales
  • Maintain familiarity with HCare offerings
  • Maintain liaison with AH Services and Support in Marignane and at AHI
  • Prepare HCare offerings
  • Develop HCare market analysis
  • Administrative Support: 10%
  • Site visit support

  • Initiating and processing purchase requests
  • Updating Welcome Board for AHI customers
