We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to track and manage orders, verify pricing, work with Logistics, monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed. You will also support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers - answering questions and helping resolve issues.

Requirements

  • BA degree or related experience in Sales or Sales Operations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations/order management.
  • A working knowledge of international logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

  • Experience with SAP ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
  • Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
  • Manage sample request.
  • Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP
  • Prepare and provide reports to management
