About The Position

Our Enterprise Sales NCG Rotational Program is designed for recent or upcoming college graduates from December 2025 to June 2026 seeking a dynamic career in the data storage industry. Over 12 months, participants will rotate through sales and operational roles, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, develop technical and strategic sales skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in the fast-growing data storage market. ROTATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS Participants will complete two rotations across various sales teams, such as: Enterprise & Cloud: Support account executives in selling storage solutions to large enterprises, cloud providers, and data centers. Business Development: Learn prospecting techniques, lead generation, and customer outreach for new and emerging markets, such as AI-driven storage management. Business Operations: Work with operations teams to manage & optimize inventory levels, distribution strategies, and supply chain logistics for both B2B and B2C customers. Data Analytics: Analyze key performance metrics, customer trends, and market data to provide insights that optimize sales and marketing strategies & processes. Sales Enablement: Equip Sales with the resources, training, and messaging needed to drive revenue and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field, with a graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026.
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong interest in high-tech industry, specifically in data storage solutions.
  • Willing to relocate and/or travel as needed.
