This position is responsible for leading Shaw’s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across all products and business units (Residential, Turf, Commercial, and TotalWorx). This person will assist senior leaders in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the S&OP strategy, processes, metrics, and technology solutions (dashboards, visual aids, templates) that delivers a decision-making process aligned with expected business outcomes. This will be done through the recreation of accurate and timely demand and supply plans and scenarios to the business. In addition, the role will be responsible for coaching a developing business analyst(s) and driving opportunities to improve our analytical tool sets.
