SPL is an innovative biopharmaceutical leader with unique products and services supporting the pharmaceutical industry globally. For over 40 years, SPL specializes in the development and cGMP compliant manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). SPL has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Systems QA Specialist. Executes routine tasks to support the shipment schedule established by management. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Submits needed paperwork (OAs/MDRFs/coversheets, etc.) to facilitate shipping process
Initiates and tracks new customer paperwork, collections and credit memos, and CDA’s
Responsible for PO receipt, filing, and physical/electronic organization
Submits and tracks POs and contracts through HQ’s portal
Maintains customer service inbox by delivering prospects to appropriate members of the team
Assists with customer visits and meetings
Assists in trade show planning (as needed)
Responds to customer communications by following standard procedures and assistance from management (as needed)
