About The Position

The Sales Operations Manager at Alinabal is responsible for managing the customer service team and daily sales operations, sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance analysis. This position is essential for aligning the sales and customer service team's efforts with Alinabal's overall business goals. By providing strategic guidance and operational support, the Sales Operations Manager will help drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. Their expertise in analyzing sales data and market trends enables them to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop effective strategies in support of Alinabal's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and implement sales process effective strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, Teams
  • Excellent communication skills both virtually and in person
  • Excellent organizational and team leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think on your feet are a must.
  • 5-8+ years Inside Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Service experience with BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of factory production and engineered solutions a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with SVP of Sales & Business Development to coordinate sales forecasting, planning, reporting, pipeline management and budgeting processes within the sales organization.
  • Manage and lead the Customer Service team.
  • Identify and implement sales process improvements (reduce time from lead to order)
  • Coordinate training in sales, sales management and customer service, and share knowledge where applicable.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customer service and internal teams, working towards resolution of any obstacles
  • Administer sales compensation for sales and customer service
  • Document sale process and procedures, including the consistent implementation of company procedures
  • Communicate regularly with customers, nurture relationships and be responsive.
  • Handle any internal or external opportunities or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attend all appropriate internal and customer meetings.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure effective use of funds for trade show investments
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, prepare monthly, quarterly/annual reports and forecasts
  • Be a resident expert for the Alinabal business, be competent in all Alinabal business and identify where gaps exist in knowledge. Propose training plans to gain competence.
  • Present to management as required.
  • Understanding the most important aspects of sales, sales operations and customer service to create & progress opportunity to a productive end for the customer and a profitable end for the business.
