Requirements

  • A successful Studio Manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and brings strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Management experience such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to problem solve, set expectations, and delegate effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team

  • MindBody software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the massage therapy studio to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and manage the front desk sales team
  • Drive membership sales and revenue growth
  • Set and track sales goals and performance metrics
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach front desk staff
  • Create staff schedules and ensure proper studio coverage
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
  • Address and resolve client concerns or service issues
  • Implement and maintain studio policies, procedures, and systems
  • Monitor appointment schedules to maximize therapist utilization
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
  • Support team development and promote a positive workplace culture
