About The Position

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for working cross functionally within Smart Circle, field offices, sales partners, and Clients. This includes being a subject matter expert, learning & development creation, sales enablement and execution, territory and leads management, field communications, KPI analysis, and creating innovative solutions. This role is suited for someone with excellent organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Innovative thinking and solution oriented
  • Comfort and familiarity with sales reporting platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • The ability to work effectively with field offices and cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to understand and react to reports and data as corresponds to the health of a program
  • Strong professional communication and correspondence skills
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – main Excel formulas: CONCAT, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, IF statements
  • Positive outlook, can-do attitude is a must

Responsibilities

  • Field Support
  • Client Relations
  • Analyze key sales and compliance metrics and help to create solutions that meet our clients’ expectations
  • Maintain and create processes and procedures to streamline internal and field operations
  • Work with clients, partners, and the field to create robust learning and development solutions through various platforms
  • Attend all client and field calls, manage action items, prepare updates, and streamline communications
  • Additional duties as assigned
