About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to help manage our internal team, streamline operations, and actively grow sales for our auto glass and supply distribution center. This role combines people management, sales leadership, and operational oversight in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—comfortable leading people, developing customers, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.

Requirements

Experience in distribution, wholesale, automotive, construction, or B2B sales
Proven ability to lead people and drive revenue
Comfortable in a small-to-mid-size business environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Sales mindset with operational discipline

Nice To Haves

Auto glass, automotive parts, or building materials experience
Experience managing both inside and outside sales
Familiarity with e-commerce and drop-ship models
Experience scaling a growing business

Responsibilities

Manage and support warehouse, office, and sales staff
Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability
Improve efficiency in order processing, inventory flow, and fulfillment
Act as a day-to-day leader and problem solver for the operation
Develop and execute sales strategies for auto glass and related supplies
Build relationships with auto glass shops, installers, fleets, and affiliates
Support inbound sales (e-commerce, phone, email) and grow outbound efforts
Assist with pricing strategy, promotions, and customer retention
Help build repeatable systems for onboarding, sales follow-up, and customer service
Work directly with ownership on growth initiatives and expansion planning
