Direct the development and governance of pricing frameworks to support margin optimization and market competitiveness in line with Global standards Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives with Finance, Product Management, and Sales to align pricing strategy with business objectives Establish pricing controls and compliance protocols to ensure consistency and profitability Lead the design and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and customer experience Oversee CRM strategy and data integrity, ensuring the platform supports pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking Guide the development of sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to inform strategic planning and execution. Champion a data-driven culture within the sales organization, ensuring analytics are embedded in decision-making processes Partner with Commercial and Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance
