Cyera is seeking a resourceful individual with a builder mindset to be our first Sales Operations Manager focused on Pipeline Generation. This role is a key business partner to our Sales Development and Pipeline Generation (PipeGen) organizations, helping to design, implement, and optimize the systems, tools, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. As a high-impact individual contributor, you will be both strategic advisor and a hands-on operator connecting tools across our Pipeline creation and productivity tools, creating insights that drive business decisions, and ensuring our operational infrastructure supports scale. You will work closely with the PipeGen leadership team and broader RevOps organization to enable data-driven execution, improve productivity, and maximize pipeline outcomes. This operations role isn’t just a back-office or reporting position. While data and reporting are an important part of it, the real value comes from interpreting those insights, understanding what’s driving the numbers, and working with stakeholders to act on them. Because of that, it’s not the kind of role that can be fully remote. We expect to be in the office at least one to two times a week to connect with stakeholders, brainstorm, and align in person. That face time is really important for building relationships and driving better outcomes.
