About The Position

Responsibilities Support the Sales Operations team, with administrative support as necessary - Support for the large National Account projects - Communicate with retailers, Benjamin Moore sales reps, and contractors - Assist in the vetting process for Welcome emails - Create and maintain spreadsheets to track account information using Excel and Smartsheet - Update all existing process documents, forms/templates and file paths into a reference guide for sales and sales operations - Analyze franchise painter and corporate account sales reporting - Assist with the National Account draw down request process - Support CRM data quality efforts by reviewing, consolidating, and resolving duplicate or inaccurate customer account records. Qualifications The candidate can be a college student actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management - Strong verbal and written communications - Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred) - Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely follow through - Solid work ethic, well-organized, and self-motivated - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills are required to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business. - Willingness to travel locally

Requirements
