About The Position

Step into the world of sales strategy with Fiskars! As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Sales Planning and Customer Strategy team. You’ll help shape channel and customer strategies, while learning how we turn insights into action across our iconic brands.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field (expected graduation within 12–24 months)
  • Analytical thinker with a curiosity for data and insights
  • Organized and capable in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market pricing trends and competitor activity
  • Support the development of 2026 promotional strategies by channel and customer
  • Partner with Sales Planning and Sales teams to track key brand-building initiatives
  • Update and maintain BA retail pricing ladders
  • Assist Channel Execution Managers in creating planograms for key customers
  • Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks from the Sales Operations team
