The role: We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to make our go-to-market engine faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll own the tools, data, and processes that keep the sales organization running efficiently - ensuring reps spend more time selling and less time chasing information. As a strategic partner to the Director of Business Development, you’ll drive insights, automation, and best practices across the full sales cycle

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Enablement within a high-growth environment.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong command of Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM automation; familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Mindset: Analytical and proactive - thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Communication: Clear, structured, and collaborative; able to bridge sales, marketing, and leadership needs.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Excellence Manage pipeline hygiene, dashboard creation, reporting, and lead routing. Ensure clean data and maximize CRM adoption.
  • Process Optimization Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions quickly. Improve cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, and product.
  • Enablement & Content Develop and maintain sales playbooks, pricing tools, and outreach templates. Partner with marketing on decks, case studies, and vertical-specific collateral.
  • Analytics & Insights Track rep productivity, deal velocity, and campaign ROI. Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Tooling & Adoption Drive adoption of tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and more. Evaluate and implement new systems that improve efficiency or accuracy.
