GOALS Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Questel's sales teams. Support business change management and the execution of important projects by providing the data, reports, and insights needed for good decision-making. Keep reports and dashboards clean, reliable, and aligned with business needs, and help identify opportunities to improve data processes and overall system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, CRM operations, or a similar role in a company of comparable complexity and multinational environment. Familiarity with Intellectual Property business is a plus but not necessary.
  • Fluent in English required; French and other languages encouraged.
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
  • Strong experience using Salesforce, comfortable with new IT software, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to maintaining high data standards.
  • Enjoys teamwork and building good working relationships with others.
  • Strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push Questel's business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Operations projects by preparing data, testing system changes, and updating documentation.
  • Update, clean, and validate Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards used by Sales, Sales Operations, SAST, Finance, and Management.
  • Monitor data across Power BI (PWBI), Salesforce and Synergy to ensure accuracy and alignment, and report any inconsistencies.
  • Create new reports and dashboards for internal needs and document how they are built.
  • Identify and report data issues such as errors, duplicates, or missing information.
  • Share ideas to improve data processes, reporting quality, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Finance, SAST, and other teams when data or reporting tasks require cross-functional work.
  • Maintain clear documentation for data rules, reporting logic, and recurring activities.
  • Participate in weekly prioritization meetings as part of sprint planning.
  • Support data accuracy in DealHub, including testing and validating updates.
