About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Sales & Delivery Operations and partners closely with the operational excellence, sales, and customer success teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring sales processes run smoothly, contracts are accurate, invoicing details are up to date, and customer handoffs are seamless. You will support daily sales operations, maintain CRM data integrity, manage inventory tracking in Monday.com, and collaborate with a Sales Operations Specialist on reporting, dashboards, and special projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with basic reporting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve all sales orders to ensure accuracy for reporting and invoicing
  • Manage and maintain inventory boards in Monday.com
  • Monitor revenue changes and ensure appropriate approvals are documented
  • Process order updates and contract modifications
  • Support sales and marketing teams by maintaining accurate and clean CRM data
  • Partner with the finance team on sales-related tasks including invoicing, usage tracking, and client-related inquiries
  • Contribute to dashboards, reporting, workflow documentation, and other project-based initiatives as needed
  • Continuously identify and improve operational processes and workflows
