About The Position

A Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations team by managing the flow of goods and materials at the studio vendor. Primary focus is on optimizing business processes ensuring timely and efficient movement within the capture process by tracking delays and resolving issues affecting supply chain for profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintenance of tracking through CRM and reporting systems, analyzing data, administrative tasks, acting as a crucial link between sales strategy and execution to boost efficiency and performance, focusing on reporting, forecasting, and ensuring internal teams have the tools/knowledge to support effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success/Support, Operations, or related enablement‑focused roles.
  • Ability to commute to facility in Jacksonville, FL daily (including reliable transportation).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and handle articles weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ambition to achieve goals/objectives, and the discipline, sense of urgency, organization, and perseverance to deliver results.
  • Ability to gather and make sense of large amounts of information and apply it to make decisions.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Logistics Tracking Management: Planning, scheduling, tracking, and arranging the logistics of goods and materials on-site.
  • Communication: Liaising with suppliers, carriers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Process Optimization: Streamlining sales workflows, implementing best practices, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Sales Support: Handling administrative duties, order processing, and providing support to sales reps.
