About The Position

Milton CAT is seeking a Sales Operation Coordinator with internal customer contact responsibilities. This position reports to the Corporate Sales Manager and is responsible for generating invoices for equipment sales and rentals. We are seeking candidates who are self-motivated, energetic, detail minded and have strong analytical skills. Pay Rate: Minimum starting rate of $24.00 per hour. Why Milton CAT? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be self-directed, organized and be able to interact with coworkers.
  • Must be able to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands.
  • Ability to manage high volume workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, including sales and rentals for earthmoving equipment and work tools.
  • Work with sales and credit personnel to ensure that all necessary paperwork is compiled and complete for all transactions, including but not limited to sales tax forms, insurance certificates, signed sales orders, rental contracts, finance paperwork, etc.
  • Process rental credits in accordance with policy.
  • Process rental equipment changes
  • Generate daily reporting for various machine activities.
  • Ensure all offsite trades are accounted for
  • Other duties as assigned.
