About The Position

Our client is a profitable U.S.-based beverage company with national distribution and 100+ employees across sales, manufacturing, and HQ. The culture is high-performance and principle-driven: clear ownership, candid feedback, and consistently high standards for accuracy and follow-through. This team values people who take pride in doing things right, improving systems over time, and holding themselves accountable to measurable results. As Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll own the recurring workflows that connect products to distributors across the U.S. You’ll partner closely with Sales Ops and Compliance to ensure forms, pricing, and registrations are accurate, complete, and submitted on time — especially during high-pressure seasonal launches. This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys structured work, clear deadlines, and building reliable systems that others depend on.
