About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and process-minded Business Process Documentation Intern to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will help document, standardize, and improve core revenue and go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Finance. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity, translating complex workflows into clear documentation, and improving how teams operate at scale. This role will be Hybrid from our Boston Office. The internship will run June 8th - August 14, 2025

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, logical steps
  • Comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with process mapping or documentation
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other business systems
  • Interest in sales operations, business operations, or SaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Document existing sales and revenue operations processes, including workflows, roles, handoffs, and systems of record
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Channel Operations, Systems, and other cross-functional stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes
  • Create clear, structured documentation such as process maps, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and reference guides
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Support the standardization of processes across regions, segments, or teams
  • Assist with maintaining internal documentation repositories and ensuring materials stay current
  • Present documented processes and recommendations to the GTM Operations team
