About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Business Development Support Specialist to enable Exodigo's sales organization by ensuring that every outreach, opportunity, and expansion effort is powered by accurate data, efficient processes, and actionable insights. This role provides operational and research support to help Sales identify and engage target accounts, track key stakeholders, and maintain a clean, reliable system of record in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Development Coordination.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms), including list creation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Strong research and data management skills; able to synthesize account and contact information into structured formats.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to support multiple sales teams and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset toward supporting Sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Leads in identifying, organizing, and managing target accounts across key regions and verticals.
  • Build and maintain account and contact lists for outbound and account expansion efforts.
  • Support Sales Leads in identifying leads using tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others.
  • Assist with lead, account enrollment, and data entry within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RFX team (proposals team), and Business Development to ensure data-driven prioritization of new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Support Sales Leads with Sales Enablement content, such as organizing/preparing case histories, sales decks, marketing content, etc.
  • Conduct research on target accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, organizational structures, and capital program planning.
  • Help map decision-making hierarchies within top strategic accounts to support sales.
  • Support Sales Leads in maintaining and update CRM records with verified contact information, account relationships, and engagement activity.
  • Track and organize information about client organizations, project ownership, and procurement trends relevant to Exodigo's core markets.
  • Ensure HubSpot CRM accuracy by performing regular data entry, validation, and cleanup of records.
  • Manage contact lists, sequences, and properties to support sales activities.
  • Maintain standardized naming, tagging, and tracking conventions for accounts and opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, RFX, Marketing, Operations) to align CRM data with outreach and reporting needs.
  • Support sales leadership with dashboards and reports summarizing sales activity, outreach performance, and account coverage.
  • Help ensure all sales efforts and communications are properly logged and categorized in HubSpot.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in sales data workflows, from list creation to deal tracking.
  • Document processes and provide administrative support for sales tools and systems.
