About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Associate to support the daily operational needs of our sales organization. This role is highly focused on task execution, data hygiene, and adherence to defined workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable in Excel, enjoys structured work, and is eager to learn. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established processes. This role will share responsibility with another Sales Operations Associate and will be centered on high-volume, predictable tasks within a fast-paced, evolving GTM environment.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or administrative/data-entry roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, data cleanup).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working within structured workflows.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions to ensure directional alignment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment within a fast-paced and evolving team.
  • Availability during Eastern US business hours at least 2 hours per day, 3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Review standardized Salesforce reports to identify and resolve duplicate records using predefined criteria.
  • Pull SDR lead lists and accurately flag “good leads” based on established parameters.
  • Build or adjust lead list reports in Salesforce as needed, including identifying additional fields or data points that would improve the process.
  • Monitor our Sales Operations deduplication Slack channel and maintain timely communication
  • Prepare snapshots and supporting documentation for the SDR team once processes are finalized.
  • Follow structured workflows and support future process improvements as responsibilities expand.
