Collaborate with assigned business units to identify best practices, drive performance, increase efficiencies, and optimize the use of sales tools in the market Serve as a key resource by implementing continuous improvement opportunities and providing analytics for measuring and reporting sales performance results Execute best practice Go to Market strategies through comprehensive training and professional development programs, including participation in new sales onboarding and local training efforts Act as a liaison between sales and other organizational units, ensuring effective onboarding and training of local sales teams to support business strategies and objectives This person is tasked with supporting the sales department with regards to all aspects of strategic go-to-market initiatives: Sales Process Standardization, Analysis & Measurement, Training and Development, and Customer segmentation Travel as required up to 75% of the time Other duties as assigned
