This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize our sales and reduce our operating expenses through better use of data. The Sales Operations Analyst needs to be able to think strategically and understand business/industry trends. Candidate must be a performance-focused, proactive self-starter. To excel in this role, the candidate should be driven to do things before being asked, have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and apply creative insight into problem-solving. They should be comfortable with appropriate risk-taking; exercise good judgment in making calls when “perfect” information and solutions are not attainable, and be able to multitask, manage time and balance multiple priorities. Their primary focus will be identifying and developing analytic solutions to turn data into actionable business recommendations, using statistical and quantitative analysis to enable data-driven decision making, and effectively using current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends. They will work to provide detailed analysis of source system data and modeling that data in available data visualization tools. A successful candidate should be proficient in the use of the Google G-Suite portfolio of products and have strong skills in business analytics platforms such as Targit, PowerBI. SQL and additional applications as needed.
