The Role Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce) is responsible for supporting Salesforce end users, driving system adoption, ensuring strong data governance, and delivering actionable sales analytics to support informed business decisions. This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing —ensuring Salesforce accurately reflects the business, enables efficient sales processes, and provides reliable insights for leadership. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical thinking, functional Salesforce expertise, and hands-on problem solving, with a strong focus on territory management, account data integrity, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
