About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our innovative Revenue Strategy & Operations team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position will be responsible for the administration of sales compensation across all of Ibotta’s client-facing sales employees. You will be collaborating with the Sales, Finance, and HR teams to maintain and enhance the sales variable processes and insights. You will be a key partner helping to ensure Ibotta’s evolving business runs smoothly through the flawless application of operational rigor and process improvement. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Strategy, or related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Skills: ICM tool admin experience (Captivate IQ, Everstage, Xactly, etc)
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required
  • Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Salesforce experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience communicating business insights succinctly via Google Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance or oversight and influence at different organizational levels

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compensation processes are well-documented to maintain consistency, transparency, and data integrity.
  • Effectively communicate learnings from analyses to provide recommendations cross-functionally.
  • Own the execution of Ibotta’s sales compensation process, including monthly sales crediting, quota alignment, compensation payouts, and account assignments.
  • Identify tool improvements and system automation.
  • Enhance our ICM tool to include robust dashboards and insights.
  • Maintain all plan documents.
  • Assist with the quota setting process, working collaboratively with sales leadership.
  • Assist with territory planning and capacity modeling.
