This Sales Operations Analyst role is responsible for leading cross-functional resolution of high visibility customer issues, managing strategic contract negotiations, and ensuring operational excellence across key Hyper-scaler accounts. This role requires a highly assertive, proactive leader who can rapidly identify issues, mobilize the right resources, and drive discussions toward clear, aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate has deep operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will lead operational execution for our largest Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). In this highly visible, customer-facing position, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, drive contract and pricing governance, and run the operational rhythms that enable predictable business performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer and field sales team escalations, navigating complex business scenarios, resolving critical issues, and aligning decisions with senior and executive management. This role requires exceptional cross functional leadership, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to operate with clarity and influence in high pressure situations.
